OneDrive sign in error code: 0x8004de69

Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    First Login in OneDrive WEB !

    After that Login in the APP

    The problem will Fix !

    Worked for me too - sign into the web version and app version comes up with no error.

    We had this problem and fixed it by:

    1. Uninstall OneDrive
    2. Rename the folders: "&localappdata%\OneDrive" and "&localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive"
    3. Delete the following items from Credential Manager: "virtualapp/didlogical" and "SSO_POP_Device"
    4. Reboot

    5 Reinstall OneDrive from here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=248256

    Hi guys I've tried this and worked.

    Add new account from onedrive personal toolbar (shortcut at the bottom right corner of desktop) with white color, not from onedrive for business toolbar blue color
