OneDrive sign in error code: 0x8004de69

Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    Saw this issue today myself. Found that there were Windows Updates pending for Office365 and after rebooting, OneDrive was functioning normally without any other action taken.

    Who can help me, no solution has been found to this problem.

    I found a fix for this issue for a client today. It was a internet proxy interfering with the authentication. We confirmed it by removing the GPO that enforced the proxy settings and Onedrive started working. Reenabled the proxy and we got the same error again. the online portal works ok so I expect it is an application proxy setting. Sorry I don't know what was changed on the Proxy as it was referred to another team.

    The quickest way I found to fix this problem is to right click the icon below, and select settings. Once that Menu was brought up, you want to navigate to the "Account" tab and select "Unlink this PC" then click "ok". I waited a while for the command to process, closed out of one drive completely then relaunched OneDrive and signed in without a problem.
