OneDrive sign in error code: 0x8004de69

Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    I also have this problem on my school computer on which I need OneDrive, and I found that by removing the @(School District).org from my email seemed to cause a different error. It asked if it was a work/school account and I said yes, and then it took me to the same 0x8004de69 again. I thought I had found the solution. :(

    Make sure to close One drive then do the following steps: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker\Accounts [Delete all files] HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ [Delete identity folder]C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings  - [Delete all files]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OneDrive\Accounts  - [Delete Business1 folder] AFTER COMPLETING THESE STEPS RESTART YOUR COMPUTER

    This should solve the issue and allow you to sign in now.
