Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    The error seems to occur when there are multiple installations of MS office.

    ex)

    MS 365 Apps for business

    MS 365 Apps for Home and Business

    If I uninstall one of the duplicate products, the error disappears.

    Boa tarde pessoal, olha a solução é ir no painel de controle e digitar Painel de Controle\Contas de Usuário\Gerenciador de Credenciais

    va em expandir, depois editar. o usuario e senha é os dados do email e senha que voces tem vinculo com o licenciamento do Office
