OneDrive sign in error code: 0x8004de69

Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    I got this error after I updated my password. I solved it by opening Windows Credential Manager and deleting the entries it had containing the word 'onedrive'. After I had done this it started working again.

    The Solution that worked for me:

    Stop OneDrive.

    Go to Control Panel -> Credential Manager -> Windows Credentials and delete all Generic Credentials containing OneDrive (should be 2 or 3 entries).

    Then delete virtualapp/didlogiacal too (if exists). Afterwars start OneDrive, type in credentials and there you go

    Worked well for me.

    I just had to delete the most recent OneDrive credentials (2 entries, left the oldest one intact) and click "Try Again".

    Came here to say exactly this. Was having the same issue with a new user setup, and logged into OneDrive online and then was able to pop the desktop client open perfectly fine.
