OneDrive sign in error code: 0x8004de69

Hi,

I get this error: 

There was a problem signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 0x8004de69)

I waited one week. Then, I reinstalled Windows 10. The same error code. I didn't find the error code on Google. What does it mean?

    I don't know if anything was actively done on the Microsoft side, but we were asked to get the end users to change their Windows password and then to wait 30 minutes or so. After doing this, we then had the end users log out and then log back in again. After doing this they were able to login to OneDrive.

    The quickest way I found to fix this problem is to right click the icon below, and select settings. Once that Menu was brought up, you want to navigate to the "Account" tab and select "Unlink this PC" then click "ok". I waited a while for the command to process, closed out of one drive completely then relaunched OneDrive and signed in without a problem.

    Possible Solution

    I logged into OneDrive online in the user account, clicked Sync, then it opened OneDrive in Windows solving the problem.

    First Login in OneDrive WEB !

    After that Login in the APP

    The problem will Fix !

    Fix: If you receive this error when trying to log in via the OneDrive app try removing the work/school account from Windows 10 in Settings > Accounts > restart PC.

    If that doesn't work, log into office.com with the users account and go to OneDrive > Sync
