I am interested to learn more about any efforts to include pronouns in Microsoft profiles including Microsoft Teams.

    Hello,

    Is there an update on when Microsoft will finalize the functionality to include pronouns in Microsoft profiles including Microsoft Teams? This has been "forthcoming" for quite a long time now.

    Some admins don't want to do that because technically pronouns aren't part of someone's surname and they use those fields for various things. That was the answer I got from my IT manager. Some might do it but it's not best practice. And surely Microsoft could just create a field and show allyship in a practical way, right? How hard is it?
