Delete Microsoft Planner Labels

I created a new plan and it came with the Default 6 color Labels for tasks. I do not need that many. How do I delete the unwanted colors/options? I can only find information on editing labels or how to add them to a task.

    Really? This is embarrassing as a plan owener presenting a plan to a team. Can't believe this isn't an easy fix.

    Also looking for this functionality - it's awkward as a Product Owner to run a filter on labels and have a dozen unused labels scattered among the used labels. The option to delete or add (unlikely to need more personally) would be most welcome. Thanks.

    Please introduce this feature as needs the ability to delete/edit the labels. Too many labels defeats the purpose of the classifications of labels when populating or reporting on.

    Yes please add feature to remove labels and also to change colors later.
