Hi,
I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

🤣🤣 No I haven’t tried. I hate resetting network settings, all those precious WiFi passcodes lost 😭. I’ll persevere a few more days and see if there’s another solution before I try yours. Appreciate your contribution though.

everyone is saying it’s related to an apple update, but I have auto updates turned off for this exact reason. No updates on my iphone 11, just this mail error on my 3 outlook accounts (only ones I have linked) all messing up, asking for all 3 passwords 2-3 times a day since a few days ago.
Worried that my mail is not loading and I’m going to miss important messages, I don’t have a laptop and I need my email notifications to work.
Interesting, I have only seen the issue on iOS 14 and just reconfirmed that I have no issue on an iPhone 11 still on iOS 13.5.1

4 the time being, why not using outlook.live.com within Safari on iPhone 11 instead. Just key in your account details, confirm and you are good to go.
