Apple mail keeps asking for outlook email password

Hi,

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

    Hi.

    I’m also having this issue. It’s infuriating. Again, it’s happened since I updated to iOS 14. 

    I’ve had it about 6/7 times today. The last time was about 2 hours ago, but it’s just happened again.

    It seems like many are experiencing issues after IOS 14.1 update! I’m going to try my luck with Apple and see if they’re able to help with the issue. I’ll post with an update if there’s a resolution.

    I am having the same problem with hotmail account on my iphone and ipad. Started within the last few days. Doesn’t ask for password every time, only intermittently.

    Anybody come up with an explanation/fix yet?

    Same with me. 1 ipad and 2 iphones, all asking for passwords to access hotmail accounts randomly and several times a day. Happened since upgrading to ios 14, and has not changed since the two subsequent updates (now on 14.2). Have deleted all hotmail accounts and re-established them - no difference. Hugely frustrating!!

    Same issue for my partner and I. I thought I resolved it by removing and re adding the email addresses to our iphones but it came back after two days. Very annoying. Today it has happened something like 5 times
