Hi,
I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

Same here. I've not changed anything, and haven't had to do it for at least a week. Not certain if it has been fixed permanently.

No, I haven’t found a fix. I gave up trying! The problem has gone away at the moment, but will return! It has been occurring on & off for several months, but always on my iPad, never on my iPhone 6.
I have also found the issue to have gone away. However, I have to say I am pleased with the ease of using the Authenticator app on my iPhone to manage access to my Microsoft account. That works a treat.

I've not tried the account deletion and then setting-up afresh as some have done, but – as for DenisLyons and Mike F1954 – the issue reduced in frequency, and for me and, at least, now seems to have stopped (hopefully). I've not had the issue since updating to iOS/iPadOS 14.3 but wouldn't be confident that the update provided the solution as it had got somewhat better previously.
