Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I also have this issue on both iphone and Ipad. Since ios 14.2 i think. Had any solution been offered by Microsoft. Its really irritating.

Hi,
I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.
thank you

Thanks but as hotmail (now called outlook) is not exchange I do not understand. This constant dropping is a nuisance.
Being prompted for password every day on multiple accounts, I am thinking of just switching to gmail or icloud mail and forward my MS mails to them. Its been weeks already and it seems they arent interested in solving this issue... And no, outlook for ios is not a solution, I want to have all my mail in the default app as it should be.
I have both the microsoft outlook app and the defult maill app on my iphone.
I had this problem, but after I deleted the Outlook account and reinstalled it under Exchange on both the iPhone and iPad, everything has been working fine for about 2 weeks now. So fingers crossed this is the solution.
Dont hold your breath. As Others have found it’ll be back.
Without doubt a microsoft problem. When you respond to the pop up it takes you straight to the MS Live/Outlook login screen where you have to enter the password even though its still stored on your device. so clearly the microsoft account isnt accepting the credentials the apple device is offering.
Microsoft doesnt give a damn for anyony who wont fall for their ‘everything as a service’ business model, aka pay, pay and pay again for the same old sh1te. Once a fan, i have come to despise them for their greed and arrogance. Break them up I say.
