Apple mail keeps asking for outlook email password

Hi,

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

Yes me and my wife are having the same problem with our outlook mail accounts on our iphones. Only happened since we updated to ios 14. Very frustrating!

Im having the same issue, I have 2 outlook accounts, 1 work, 1 personal.  I only use my personal with the apple mail app (work have higher security and I have to use the outlook app).

SInce ios14 update Ive had to re enter my personal account details in every couple of days.  i first get a message that I cant enter my personal account in there only school or work account, I cancel and try again and then I cant enter my personal password, it will only let validate via authenicator app approval not password.

Its getting very frustrating!

Hey im having the same issue too plus everytime i try to re-enter my password it says “there was an issue looking up your account “ 

I tried removing my email and re-adding it but i cant do that too cus it keeps saying the same thing and this happend to several of my email accounts
