Apple mail keeps asking for outlook email password

Yes it is extremely annoying i have deleted my hotmail.com re instated it on iphone and ipad changed password and low and behold it is the same every time i go on device it comes up ,if you ignore it ,it keeps coming back lol

my brother inlaw has same problem and not computor savvy and he is ill too he did not  know could not understand why  he had not received any mail.

i have spoken to apple they have assured me they know about and it will be rectified in next grrrrr software update . yes it will also include the dismissal of the more annoying sign turning your volume down whilst you are enoying listening  to your apple music!

Idem here, both iphones from me and my girlfriend, Multiple accounts.

It gets very annoying.

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

Come on Microsoft step up to the plate and work with Apple to help sort it please!

Another solution is to install Edge on your device. When you first start the app, it asks if you want to logon using a Microsoft account. If you do that, your device is registered as a trusted device in your Microsoft account and iOS no longer prompts for your credentials as well.
