Hi,

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

thank you

Exchange hasn’t worked for me. Less than 24 hours later it’s asking for my password again.

I don’t think it’s iOS 14, as I was having the issue on iOS 13.

I’ve tried deleting accounts, adding them again. On my iPad I set the new one up as exchange, on my iPhone I set it up as Outlook. My iPad already asking again, my iPhone not yet, but im not holding my breath.

    I have the same problem.

Try; deleate the account en make a new..not with outlook but Microsoft Exchange !!

i did it 2 days ago so its too soon to say that it works.

I did that yesterday. Chnaged iPad to Exchange account and iPhone to Outlook. Exchange already asking for password again, the Outlook one, not yet, but im not going to hold my breath.

I really wanted it to work, but no. I just wish I knew whether it was a Microsoft issue or an Apple issue. I can’t get an answer anywhere, so on it goes. Microsoft or Apple are going to have to get their finger out and fix this, as it’s ridiculous. It’s been going on for months now.

    1. Exactly the same. Why should i have to install MS Edge, which I HATE, (because you cant get rid of Bing, which I also HATE) or delete and reinstall all my mail accounts to fix this problem? Its Apple/Microsoft problem and they should fix it without user intervention.
