Hi,

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

thank you

    edit: model name is just iphone 11, which is pretty expected.

    About section shows 14.0.1,

    but separately I’m a bit confused about these updates now because I don’t have any auto updates allowed in my settings (auto downloads no, auto install no) and I certainly haven’t opted to update and yet, my iphone 11 is currently downloding an update...

    I also didn’t authorise an update to 14.0.1 if that so what’s triggered this issue, I tend to say on the same version for a long time.

    So I suspect if it gets its way I will soon be on 14.0.2?

    @RositaKP

    I guess you missed my reply and questions above.

    What Software Version do you see under Settings/About?

    What Model Name do you see under Settings/About?

    Thanks, Ole

    I realise there is another way to access my emails.

    The problem is the notifications- I get emails that need to be resolved by midnight, by the end of the working day and within the hour sometimes, so for me I need those notifications to alert me to new activity whenever it happens otherwise I’ll be logging into at least 2 of my accounts every 10 minutes to compensate.

    appreciate the suggestion though

    4 the time being, why not using outlook.live.com within Safari on iPhone 11 instead. Just key in your account details, confirm and you are good to go.
