Hi JohnKendig1 and FranNelbach,
Thank you for sharing your experience here.
Based on your description, it seems that this issue occurs on specific fields and you cannot identify which data is updated and which is stale.
If so, we have tested it again on our side, and comparing with UTC time, there is no much difference, as shown below:
Given this situation, on the one hand, since the stock data is provided and updated from the third-party
Refinitiv, and this issue only occurs on specific fields, to address your concern about the situation, we’d suggest you report this issue to our related team by clicking Excel > File
> Feedback. This feedback will directly go to them so that our related team can hear your voice on this feature directly.
On the other hand, this issue may be also related to third-party Refinitiv, due to the limited resource on our side, this issue may need to be checked from background. The best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. So we suggest you contact the administrators in your organizations
and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the articlefor further help. The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case. This is also the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.
Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Sukie
