Can’t login to Facebook because Authenticator app didn’t backup and save credentials

I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

    I finally got access! Try setting up a new email associated with the account. For some reason, the system did a reset on my Authenticator or you can set up security by text to avoid the same problem in the future and I magically got back in my account. Let me know if it works! You may need to upload your ID picture so they can verify you. Max

    Huh if I try to create a new Fb Account with the same email it will say there is already an account with that email address

    So you've set up a new email to your fb account? How can you do that when you can't log in? I only can request a new password and when I click on "having trouble with finding authenticator" I only get these 2 options that doesn't help me further. I I press I can't find Code Generator it litterly asks me again to open my app for a code..🤯
