Can’t login to Facebook because Authenticator app didn’t backup and save credentials

I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

    I did all of this but still can't login. My problem is that I was using a code generator within the app. I can't login on desktop because now the app will not let me login without the code, but I can't open the app and generate the code. My larger problem is my work pages associated with the account as well as ad accounts. Super frustrating!

    I can’t login into my Facebook account cause I don’t have the authentication code again and I had my mobile number with it
