Can’t login to Facebook because Authenticator app didn’t backup and save credentials

I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

    Facebook is hopless and no customer service about this cannot get code issue.. Facebook being contacted for thousands times, but NO ANSWER.

    I have to drop Facebook for good.
