I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

I got it sorted after about 2 months, try emailing info++*** Email address is removed for privacy *** They got me back in. Good luck

Hi im in the same boat been over two years now. I dont even get the option to upload ID. I recieve OTP for password reset but nothing for 2FA. As per the threads what email address can you use to meail this query to. I have even gone thru the privacy department and asked that my data be deleted with no luck. HELP
I lost access to my Facebook Account because I didn't backup the Google Authenticator app. I am able to log in with my password, but I'm asked for the code from the Authenticator app, which I no longer have access to. I did save the Recovery Codes that Facebook gives you. However, I'm asked for a 6 digit code. My recovery codes are 8 digits long. It did not work for me! It's been 2 years and I'm still trying to get access to my Facebook Account with no success!
is it me, or they have removed this option now? It doesnt even appear anymore! Think thats it for us all now :(
