Can’t login to Facebook because Authenticator app didn’t backup and save credentials

I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

    I've been emailing ******@facebookmail.com. I recommend also documenting the issue as much as possible. I created screen capture videos from both my desktop and my mobile device and wrote a long explanation of what happened. I've emailed almost every day, I just copy and paste the same message, and I also asked my friends to report a problem and share that same message with my account info.

    They said to me they can’t switch it off or change it for me because the account owner should do it

    I have been contacting them daily for the last week, and just heard back today and they requested my ID. This is the first time I've been able to upload my ID.
