How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

2021-03-10T17:03:54+00:00 I have 30-40 MacOS apps that I use on a daily basis, and not only is Teams the only one that does this, it only started doing this recently. This 100% is a Teams software bug.
Echoing what others have said, I'm not particularly a fan of Teams either, but I gotta use what the client uses. It's not like I can just unilaterally switch to something else. I'm stuck with it, and it'd be nice if Microsoft actually cared about a bug that everyone's complaint about. (I have clients that use Slack also and find that platform to be much more intuitive.)

I mean, isn't the OS's window manager responsible for maintaining/persisting position and size of application windows? Granted, this only happens with Teams, though

2021-03-09T19:29:48+00:00 Same thing here. Mac OS Big Sur, M1 Mac mini, Teams version 1.4.00.4971. Truly pathetic this was allowed through QA. More pathetic it is still not fixed. I mean, who ever wants this app to fill the screen? Not an issue with Slack which works exactly as expected. Or every other app on my computer for that matter.
