TEAMS on MAC launching fullscreen

How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

    Same here too. MS Teams  1.3.00.33671 on a MBP running Mojave 10.14.6. I have a 34" 3440 x 1440 display, which is an obnoxious thing to launch full-screen into. 

    In my case: if I open the app from the task bar, it opens at a sane size, but if I click on a notification, that's when it opens maximized.

    Same issue here. 27" Intel iMac running Big Sur. Relaunches in full-screen mode every time I minimize to dock or close the app and relaunch. Extremely annoying.

    I have the same issue on an old 2013 MacBook Pro running Big Sur. I have an Ultrawide monitor and this is very annoying.
