TEAMS on MAC launching fullscreen

How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

    Same here. I got a MBP2016 and a M1 mac mini. This happens only on my mac mini, which is annoying.

    Yes, that is a more accurate description of the issue. I said it launches full screen but LZandman is correct - I meant to say it opens fully maximized. A rose by another other name is just as annoying! :p

    I also am running two monitors. I have a 2015 MBP that in clamshell mode (ie closed), driving two LG 34" 3440 x 1440 ultra wide monitors via Thunderbolt.

    I have the same issue on an old 2013 MacBook Pro running Big Sur. I have an Ultrawide monitor and this is very annoying.

    What I found:

    * If I minimize it with the "minimize button" (Yellow one) or cmd. + M, it restores correctly when reactivated.

    * If I close it with the "close button" (Red one) or cmd + W, it restores using most of the screen (not Toggle Full Screen")

    Same here! So, it's a bug and Microsoft needs to fix it.
