TEAMS on MAC launching fullscreen

How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    Yup Same problem here. Would stop using teams if I could persuade the rest of my company - I may try getting them to ditch it...

    same issue here on Macbook pro, Big Sur. very annoy! hope Microsoft can fix this bug soon.

    This just started happening to me today. M1 Mac, Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.4971. It was last updated on 3/3/21 (yesterday). It has zero memory for window sizing and position... it just tries to maximize the Teams window (*not* full screen). Very frustrating.

    Hi EmbryFAY,

    Thanks for your post in our forum. About the problem you described, I tested this on my side but failed to reproduce this issue.

    Given this situation, please open Teams and click on the View menu to make sure the option "Toggle Full Screen" is not selected. For your reference: 

    Moreover, please make sure the Teams client is not in full screen mode, then you may completely exist Teams and re-start Teams to see if this will make any difference.  

    Besides, you may also try to disable the option "Auto-start application" in Teams Settings to prevent Teams from automatically starting when launching your Mac.
