TEAMS on MAC launching fullscreen

How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    Hello,

    I just checked my current version and it has changed to 1.4.00.6270 from the 05/03/2021.
    I received this new update directly through the autoupdate tool and with the MS contract of my company.

    I don't have the issue of windows maximisation with this version.

    Same here. I was running 1.3.00.33671 previously, went to download and install, and I;'m still on 1.3.00.33671

    Same for me, installed the latest available (tried US location) and I only get version 1.3.00.33671

    In general Microsoft teams (not capital Teams) act upon self- / business interest and upvote count from UserVoice items. I guess this issue still hasn't surfaced enough. The way I see it: it shows they don't really love their product.

    I'm also on a intel MacBook.

    I have updated Teams to the version 1.4.00.573 on the 13/01/2021 and it seems to have disapeared.

    Let's see . . . 

    About an hour ago I downloaded Teams_osx.pkg from https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/download-app.

    It is Version 1.4.00.4971 with md5sum:

    66a54ffb68ad394a6e2a06d3f33172d3 Teams_osx.pkg

    And it has the same issue of zooming to full size after restoring.

    This version is not available for me.
    I tried to download using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/download-app and the available version was 1.3.00.33671.
    Maybe because I'm from Brazil and this is the the most updated version available here, even if I change the language to English.
