Microsoft Teams JavaScript error occured in the main process error

I downloaded Microsoft Teams,then ı tried to setup but ı got this error on the first setup screen(on small white rectangle screen),then ı checked forums,

>I delete all files about Teams on the appdata,Local etc.

>I delete teams files on the regedit

>I stop running antivirus then ı tried one more time

>I always tried install last version of Teams

How can ı solve this problem??

    Hi,

    I am also experiencing this issue on two user devices. Same error message referencing native-utils.node.

    • Windows 10 1709
    • Tried clearing all Teams folders from user profiles and downloading freshly downloaded installer, same issue
    • Tried installing using enterprise MSI and running installer from program files, same issue
    • Teams runs without this issue on hundreds of other devices with identical builds

    My experience is identical to Matt's and sounds like many others.  My install is on a brand new dell worksation with Office being my first install and everything else being a default setting. . .

    I was finally able to resolve this on the two devices affected by carrying out the following:

    • Uninstalling Teams
    • Clearing out the Teams folders from the users profiles
    • Completely uninstalling Office 365
    • Reinstalling Office 365
    • Updating Office 365
    • Installing Teams using the latest install files

    Seems a lot to get an application that can be installed independent to Office to work, but this has resolved the issue for both devices.

    I did search for the requisite file and it was there. I installed the application several times but the issue didn't resolve.

    Please help me out here.

    Is your Organization using folder redirection of the AppData folder?
