Data Protection Team Response Time: No call after 9 days

Hi Microsoft staff,

I currently no access to my business account.

I have called support on 2 occasions (2******7) and (2******6) this first being 9 days ago now.

I understand only the data protection team can help me regain access

I have been advised there is usually a 48 hour turn around; however, there is a backlog due to Covid-19.  

Can someone please escalate this matter and call me asap? We cant produce any work at the moment for our clients or respond to queries. Everything is run through 365.

    Yes , I'm in the same situation, I cant utilize my email . I know mine is not that long , but I cannot wait 9 days , this is very concerning.

    I have been hearing this same thing from Support Engineers (Notin the Data Protection Team) OR service representatives - for FOUR DAYS.  This is unbelievable.

    When they promise to call, you have to ask for a specific date/time (short window, not all day).  

    When they miss the scheduled time, YOU CALL THEM!

    It costs them nothing to NOT call you back,

    .

    No one is confirming when they close a ticket that it really is fixed!

    So, no one is "effectively" tracking their "success" rate.

    .

    Wasting your time waiting for them to call back costs them nothing. 

    .

    Unless you are "big business", MS Support SUCKS!

    What's happening with the Data Protection support team?

    I have submitted 2 tickets so far and no one is reaching out to me: 25184792,25271650

    Waiting more thans 3 weeks.
