Data Protection Team Response Time: No call after 9 days

Hi Microsoft staff,

I currently no access to my business account.

I have called support on 2 occasions (2******7) and (2******6) this first being 9 days ago now.

I understand only the data protection team can help me regain access

I have been advised there is usually a 48 hour turn around; however, there is a backlog due to Covid-19.  

Can someone please escalate this matter and call me asap? We cant produce any work at the moment for our clients or respond to queries. Everything is run through 365.

    So sorry for it still not handled properly, I just contacted the relevant person again, he told me that he is asking about the current situation from the team, if I get any reply, I will inform you immediately here.

    Hi Arck,

    Thank you for following up again.

    Update: I received an email from a data protection employee basically suggesting I undertake the troubleshooting recommendations that I have already gone through with the two Microsoft technicians that referred this to data protection.  

    No phone call!

    I am paying for a business product. These time frames are simply not acceptable.

    Hi  Nathan,

    Sorry for the bad experience, I checked the case details and found that the owner of this case didn’t seem to read case history and notes, but the provided some general troubleshooting steps and suggestions, which you already have tried it before and know that you can’t reset your password at present.

    I have reported it to the relevant person, who told me that he will send an email to notify the Data Protection Team to help you further.
