Data Protection Team Response Time: No call after 9 days

Hi Microsoft staff,

I currently no access to my business account.

I have called support on 2 occasions (2******7) and (2******6) this first being 9 days ago now.

I understand only the data protection team can help me regain access

I have been advised there is usually a 48 hour turn around; however, there is a backlog due to Covid-19.  

Can someone please escalate this matter and call me asap? We cant produce any work at the moment for our clients or respond to queries. Everything is run through 365.

    Today is the tenth day that I have been waiting for the Data Protection Team to resolve my inability to access an old account, which needs to be added to a new tenant.  I have called several times a day since 5 May 2021 and every day I am routed through India or Nigeria to teams who have absolutely no clue on how they should treat a Customer. Each say to expect a call any minute now...

    I have an SR number already but have received no email or phone call from Microsoft about this particular case.  As one of the wealthiest c'

    Hopefully, we do not bitterly regret moving from on-premise to Microsoft 365 Business Enterprise, the customer service so far has been absolutely shocking.  This is a very simple and easy admin task, use the tools you sell to customers and stay in contact with them so they know what is happening!

    If you are a business, your corporate Office admin should be able to contact MS business support. They are better focused than the general public has to deal with.

    We are a business, a Microsoft Partner, and we have a support contract for Azure. It still took them 13 days to get back to us.
