Can you please advise what is the current response time for the data protection team?

This is day 10 and I have still not received any calls or emails.

I still have not been contacted although I hope to be contacted very soon. I would never have thought the issue I am experiencing would take anywhere near 9 days to resolve.

Before that, I’ve checked the case details on my side, I can understand that you currently need further assistance from the Data Protection Team but have not received any response for 9 days.

I have escalated this thread to relevant team, they may contact you as soon as possible.
