Hi Microsoft staff,

I currently no access to my business account.

I have called support on 2 occasions (2******7) and (2******6) this first being 9 days ago now.

I understand only the data protection team can help me regain access

I have been advised there is usually a 48 hour turn around; however, there is a backlog due to Covid-19.

Can someone please escalate this matter and call me asap? We cant produce any work at the moment for our clients or respond to queries. Everything is run through 365.

Kind regards

NathanM4

    Hi Arck,

Thank you for following up again.

Update: I received an email from a data protection employee basically suggesting I undertake the troubleshooting recommendations that I have already gone through with the two Microsoft technicians that referred this to data protection.

    No phone call!

I am paying for a business product. These time frames are simply not acceptable.

    Kind regards

In the emails about your tech support case should be a contact for a "supervisor" or "tech lead" (I don't remember the exact phrase) that you should try to reach out to and make it clear to them that this is unacceptable. Don't give an inch and be very insistent.

Sometimes (no guarantees) that will light a fire under them because the last thing the useless supervisors want is a bad feedback that can jeopardize their cushy job.
