OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    Fully agree. But here you see. MS has also only a computerized automated nonsense reply. I am sure we have to consider the 169 and 99.99 a loss and learning curve :-(

    In your case you should dispute the charge with your credit card provided you have the cancelation email showing the date.

    Tried that, but PayPal replied that it was not able to recall the funds....

    I see that they out 24.99 per month. what is this charge I want to cancel it OK.
