OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    I got charged the same despite cancelling the same day my free trail has ended. I tried to contact Ifax many times but very shady responses with no phone # to call. Eventually they told me to contact Microsoft since it's on their digital platform. I'll try to do it Monday and will see but so far NO refund! very frustrating!

    I solved it myself on some page on Microsoft.com where subscriptions are mentioned.  I cancelled my subscription.

    So frustrating when things are like scavenger hunts in order to find a solution

    :(

    Ugh! Please share if you get through to Microsoft. I have not yet found a way to email customer service about a refund (seems intentional). iFax is disreputable and dishonest, I’m disappointed that Microsoft is complicit in this fraud. I expected more from them.
