OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

This MS Outbound charged my card 7 months before I noticed it. It's an account I don't use much so I didn't monitor it. I did not order this service and didn't even know what it was until I reached someone at customer service. Informed her they fraudulently charged me $26,64 a month for 7 months and I wanted my money back. She declined. I asked her to escalate it to someone that could resolve the problem, - they wouldn't do it. Told her I would report it to the Attorney General, - didn't care.

So I disputed it with the bank and they are crediting all the charges. This is literally white collar crime with Microsoft billing people fraudulently with no intention of refunding. They will try this as often as they can until they get caught. So everyone should certainly unsubscribe so they can't debit your account. If they do after you unsubscribe MS can face criminal charges.

Microsoft has debited my account 7 times for $26.64 for something called Outbound that I did not authorize. They have stolen $186.48 out of my account. I want my money back. This is fraud.

Same, I was charged $99.99 tried a free trail to send a fax I canceled and still got charged. I am not able to access whatever it is I paid for, very dissatisfied that Microsoft allows a 3rd party to use their name sell products they do not support or is an Microsoft Product. Such a SCAM

There is no way anyone will help you. I have tried to all extend and have written it off now. It is a criminal way they are dealing with here and no one with Microsoft is interested in helping.

Is there any forum on Microsoft where they handle the "outbound subscription" cases. I entered my Paypal account while subscribing to trial, but as I canceled the trial in time, I should not have been billed. Paypal says you ask Microsoft, and in spite of searching for 1 month, i am unable to find the right channel in Microsoft to take up the case. I have canceled the trial in time, and tried to confirm it through support desk, till they confirmed that I have no profile existing anymore.

Even in any remote case, there was some problem, I have shown full intent to cancel the trial within the free period, and I have contacted the official service support desk. I believe there is no reason to penalize me for this service.

Most unfortunate part is that the 3rd party says that you talk to Microsoft, and the link they provide has no option for submitting a case for refund of this service.

Microsoft, please wake up. Please see the email correspondence attached

    Regards
