OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    I phoned the number on my cc charge.  Not that it helps.  I was deliberately disconnected 4 times and on the 5th time I was told the supervisor would call back in 10 minutes, over 3 hours ago.  The first 3 agents refused to tell me what subscription I was being billed for.  They said they had no access to seeing what type of subscription it was.  The last one verified that it was for the free fax trial and I was being billed for an incoming fax service and an outgoing fax service ( I had signed up for one trial).  Thankfully I kept a screen shot of my cancellation with the notice that my CC would not be charged because ALL the agents stated that I had not cancelled a fax subscription.  I am shocked that a company as large and rich as Microsoft is openly committing theft.

    How did you get to an agent? I could not find any email or phone number to get help with this problem. This is the quality of Microsoft support

    I would be interested in a class action - actually thought about it today, however if we have to pay 200$ to get out 149.00 it doesn't make sense.  May somebody sue them.

    I signed up for a free trial and cancelled on day 7, apparently too late to not be charged for a month.  I have a screen shot of the cancellation.   I don't pay the credit card bills but I audit them at the end of the year and discovered that Microsoft charged me an annual fax subscription AND has been charging me monthly for a fax subscription.    I have been disconnected 4 times trying to get answers.  The first people claimed they couldn't tell me what the subscriptions are.  The last agent acknowledged I have been billed for two fax subscriptions, one incoming and one outgoing.  She said they could not refund me for the subscriptions even though I signed up for one free trial a have a screen shot that it was cancelled ( thankfully, because she said there is no record of a cancellation).  This free trial feels a lot like a huge scam!   And the reps are making it impossible to get help or speak to a supervisor by disconnecting my calls.
