OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    I got charged the same despite cancelling the same day my free trail has ended. I tried to contact Ifax many times but very shady responses with no phone # to call. Eventually they told me to contact Microsoft since it's on their digital platform. I'll try to do it Monday and will see but so far NO refund! very frustrating!

    I have a very same issue except for I pay $17.99 per month for my iFax and then they try to charge me $99 and suspended my subscription which I did not approve $99!! That's why I was paying for it monthly and now I'm ready to cancel it even though I much need it because it has the hippa encoding on it

    Ankita:  I have this same problem.  I can't find anyway to cancel the subscription.  I have disputed the latest charge with my credit card company.

    I also was charged by iFax for a year subscription in the amount of a whopping $99. I never signed up for it! They have not addressed the issue.
