$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

I just tried to request support from Microsoft and they are asking me to pay $500 for a single incident support plan. W T F????
omg I am so frustrated - been trying to cancel/refund since July 30 -well within my 7 day free trial. I've been unable to find a way to actually talk to Microsoft - iFax keeps telling me I need to talk to Microsoft. I haven't yet disputed the paypal charge, but that is next and then my state's AG office after that. so frustrating!
I got one reply to call a number of Microsoft. When I did, the lady went on my screen remotely and - no idea why, she went onto my amazon account, sent to my own account 2 x 25.00 gift cards.... and after 15 minutes, she said she needs to have a level 5 expert call me again to fix it, but before, she tried to sell me a 50.00$ fix another problem (that I don't have). Well, this is classy.
My money, too, was stolen by this Microsoft-supported iFax. Would anyone be interested in forming a group to bring a class action against Microsoft and iFax for this fraud?
Did the same with PayPal - and same outcome. I'll be sure to post an update if I have any luck!
