$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

Microsoft can stop who? I think Microsoft has to stop itself from this scam
Not only that I was charged even that I cancelled within the cancellation period, Now I am again being bombarded with emails from Microsoft because they want to charge again for the renewal of the subscription. This is ridiculous.
Is there NO Way that Microsoft can stop those criminals?
I am facing the same issue. Within the Fax app, I chose "Cancel Subscription," thinking this in fact would have cancelled the subscription. Instead, I was charged $245 and $36 for this.
I've had the same thing happen to me recently. I jumped into my account immediately after purchase, canceled every subscription I didn't want, yet I still ended up being charged and was forced to cancel it again.
Same thing happened to me and they charged me $24.99 and I cancelled it but I was still charged somehow.
I reported it to Paypal and once it goes through my bank, I will report it.
