$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

Microsoft would not need to access your computer to refund a charge. You were not talking to Microsoft but one of those scams pretending to be Microsoft...
I've tried this - problem is I can't find iFax in the list of subscribed services.
Tried that but this efax is in none of my MS accounts as a subscription. I have called, but besides the MS lady going remotely into my laptop, into my Amazon account and for no reason what so ever buying myself 2 $25.00 gift cards and telling me that it is solved but it was not. I emailed 3 times to the efax people, but without reply. It is hopeless. I tried to cancel the payment on PayPal, but PayPal denied it :-(.
