OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    I also was charged by iFax for a year subscription in the amount of a whopping $99. I never signed up for it! They have not addressed the issue.

    Hello:

    I have the same issue.  I was charged $24.99. 

    MICROSOFT*OUTB' on account xxxxxx - 06/15/2020 - ($24.99). 

    Please explain what happened after I cancelled?

    I am having a similar issue after signing up for a free trial period for what I THOUGHT was Microsoft iFax (a Microsoft product?), but apparently there is another company with the name iFax in Australia in the Microsoft Store that wound up creating an account for me and that I acually used. 

    Anyway, my Paypal was charged $24.99 for "MICROSOFT*OUTBOUND SUBSCR" that I believe must be tied to this event, either from Microsoft or from a 3rd party company. I'm not getting good information from support at the company that actually seems to have sent my fax.

    1. What is the support contact at microsoft for a charge to my Paypal Mastercard with this name
    2. I'm now having trouble finding an actual Microsoft iFax product. Does one exist, and what is link, and how should I be able to manage the account (for cancelling, etc).
