OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

    Microsoft has debited my account 7 times for $26.64 for something called Outbound that I did not authorize. They have stolen $186.48 out of my account. I want my money back. This is fraud.

    omg I am so frustrated - been trying to cancel/refund since July 30 -well within my 7 day free trial.  I've been unable to find a way to actually talk to Microsoft - iFax keeps telling me I need to talk to Microsoft.  I haven't yet disputed the paypal charge, but that is next and then my state's AG office after that.  so frustrating!

    My money, too, was stolen by this Microsoft-supported iFax.  Would anyone be interested in forming a group to bring a class action against Microsoft and iFax for this fraud?

    I have a very same issue except for I pay $17.99 per month for my iFax and then they try to charge me $99 and suspended my subscription which I did not approve $99!! That's why I was paying for it monthly and now I'm ready to cancel it even though I much need it because it has the hippa encoding on it
