How do I turn off the end of support banner in office 2010 permanently? (Office 2010, Windows)

Hi, 

I have a home and student edition of office 2010 that I am perfectly comfortable with. Every time I open the office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS helpfully points out that support is ending and that I should upgrade to a newer version. Screenshot attached. 

I would like an exit from this persistent nagging and quasi privacy nightmare. Some regedit skills are in place and I can follow instructions when clearly given, even if they are complex in nature.

    So yes, I expect these messages will be a "permanent" addition to Office 2010 after EOL.

    I hope we can still disable them like we are doing now.  I don't mind being reminded one, twice, three times but over and over again and again makes it very frustrating and in my opinion leads to very poor customer relations.  I have a Mac in addition to a PC and may well abandon MS if junk like this persists.  When MS discontinued support for W7 they pestered us for a while but not like this and there was a button to "stop this message".

    That price is too good to be true. I bet if you look closely you'll see they are giving you 2019 Pro Plus. Which is a bundle that cannot be resold.

    I don't mind upgrading to Office 2019 if they would let me install it on 3 PC's like the 2010 version does. But now the software is good only for 1 PC, so if you want it on 3 PC's, it is $450. If you google "office home and student 2019" there are all kinds of vendors selling it, one of them was Plaza Software for $29. They claim to be legit, but I'm not sure.

    Because it happens only when I download a file despite changing the TimeToNextcall.

    Thanks for the update about the code meaning of 0:en / 1:en / 3:en. I've added it to my notes.

    The PR justification for this notice is to "protect" users from hacking.  I will grant that this is a valid. But they don't have to be so insistent about resetting user efforts to suppress this informationational message.

    .

    But lets face it, the real reason MS is so pushy about this notice is "encourage" people to spend money upgrading. Preferably to the 365 gravy train.
