Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Filmonl,
Given this situation, we’d give you some suggestions below and hope that will help you:
- Type Credential Manager in Windows search box and open it.
- Open Windows Credentials tab remove all the credentials named msteams_adalsso/adal_context
Note: Please back up first before you delete them.
- Sign out Teams desktop client and exit Teams completely. Go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache and delete all the files. Then go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Application Cache\Cache, delete all the files. Re-open Teams to see if you can sign in successfully.
Meanwhile, I'd like to confirm the application's version number as well. What account do you use to log into the Teams application?
Best Regards,
Cliff
