Cannot Verify Server Identity. The identity of @outlook.office365.com@ cannot be verified.

I have this message appearing on my iPad every 20 seconds or so. I use an Office365 exchange account to sync email, contacts and calendar onto the iPad and also use Onedrive for storage along with Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

I have had periods of tim when this error message appears, but usually only for 24 hours max. If it is for a prolonged period, I found that deleting the Exchange account from the iPad and setting it up again often cured the problem.

This time it has been going on for weeks, with no let-up. I have deleted and set the account up again twice, to no avail. Please help it's driving me bonkers.

I have noticed that this pop up happens much more frequently when I am on my home wifi. If I turn off my wifi, forcing my iphone 12 Pro to the Verizon network, the errors stop. Last night I manually updated the firmware on my Orbi router and both Orbi satellites (the auto update returned that there was no updated available). I have not had the problem since. Fingers crossed.

Hey - just setting up a brand new I pad for a neighbour and cant log into her email address. Getting - cant verify account - weird as I can log in on my PC laptop without issue ?

I've also been getting this message asking me to provide my password but even when I do, the box continues to show up. Aggravating. This only happens on my desktop; not on my laptop or phone. What's the solution in getting rid of this?
