It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    I have a bill on my credit card from microsoft, i have tried to contact microsoft but i keep getting a f<removed> computer telling me to go to web browser what ever the hell that is . Does anyone out there know how to contact a human at microsoft.

    to whom ever this concerns,

    i got a bill from microsoft 365 f redmond wa . what is this? a few weeks ago i got an e-mail from microsoft stating that they were going to bill me? for what? i did not order this. the charge was $106.24. i am not paying for this. i cannot even find a phone number to talk to you in person. somebody better call me <phone number removed>
