It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    I'm being charged for RECUR 03/17 MICROSOFT*MICROSOFT 365 F MSBILL.INFO WA, I have nothing to do with this,  I never had this! I've been trying for a year to stop being charged!

    Jeg har fått en belastning på kr. 899 som jeg ikke kjenner til. Forfall 25.02.2021. Hva kan det være? Jeg har belastninger i november for microsoft - programvare.
