How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft or MSbill.info

It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    I have a charge of $77.27 for Microsoft*Microsoft   36MSBILL.INFOWA   . I retired last year , sold my business , and do not need or want your product . I would appreciate a credit to my MasterCard account .     Ross Haddow DDS <phone number removed> *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    Don't ever give a credit card number again to Microsoft! I gave them my number for a trial version of Office 365. Since it's not compatible with my old Windows 7 computer, I did not use it (of course I did not get a message about that). Now that I want to cancel my credit card info BEFORE they start taking the monthly payment, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT FIND ANYTHING IN MY PROFILE about the credit card info or the trial subscription.

    Pay attention to: 

    Sign in to your Microsoft account order history.

    If you would like to cancel an order from Microsoft Store, see Cancel an order or pre-order from Microsoft Store. 

    Sign into your Order history to compare your billing statement with your purchases.

    Don't ever give a credit card number again to Microsoft! I gave them my number for a trial version of Office 365. Now that I want to cancel my credit card info BEFORE they start taking the monthly payment, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT FIND ANYTHING IN MY PROFILE about the credit card info or the trial subscription. I spoke to 2 employees and they say they don't see nothing in the profile so I should be fine with no payment. But, look, I had received yesterday an email saying that it will AUTOMATICALLY START taking the payment as of next month. If Microsoft do so, it means Microsoft HIDES CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, EVEN TO ITS EMPLOYEES. I will probably have to close my good credit card because I KNOW I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET ANYTHING FROM MICROSOFT AND I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER WILL TELL ME TO COMMUNICATE WITH MICROSOFT. Except a police report, where should I go for a complaint?
