You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    Hi

I had the same problem as Jill and I followed the instructions to check the account. However, there was no matching transaction listed on my MS account and against our MS account payment details there were “no linked subscriptions” to my credit card. The amount was $129

How can we find out what happened?

Just moments ago, we have discovered apps have been purchased for a mobile device but we do not own any mobile devices that use MS Store.

    thanks for your help

    B Pat
